Fees for September 21/22

The following fees apply to all courses for the first academic year, September 2021/2022.

Please note that all prices are subject to a yearly increase. These fees apply to all those classified as ‘international students’

British National Overseas (BNO) visa and who can apply

The visa will open for applications from 31 January 2021.

You can apply for the BNO visa if you are a British national (overseas). You don’t need a valid a British national (overseas) passport to show this and you don’t need to request a new passport if it’s expired or has been lost. However, if you have an expired British national (overseas) passport you should still submit it with your application.

You’ll need a valid travel document and you can use a valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passport to travel if you have one.

EU/EEA and Swiss students updated rules

Undergraduate and postgraduate taught students – Students starting in 2021/22 onwards

EU students commencing their studies in the academic year 2021/22 or later will be charged overseas tuition fees.

Students starting in 2020/21 or earlier

EU students who started their studies in the academic year 2020/21 or earlier will continue to pay the same fees as home students for the duration of their course.

Existing rules around financial support and home fees will still apply.

If you have deferred your entry from 2020/21 to 2021/22, you will no longer be eligible for home fees and instead will be charged in line with overseas fees.

Tuition fees payments

Students are required to pay their full tuition fees in advance. To complete a payment into the Institute bank account please contact the international team on [email protected]

Visa Refusals and Refunds

The Institute will only refund your tuition fee deposit if your visa application is refused. We would require a copy of the visa refusal document subject to verification and would retain a £250 administration fee. This is the only circumstance in which refunds can be given.
